This blog is dedicated to Access related topics. Most of the topics relate to problems I have encountered in the course of database development or questions that people attending my Access training classes may raise from time to time

Welcome to my Access Blog

In this blog, I will be publishing articles from time to time that will be of interest to anyone building and maintaining databases using Microsoft Access. if you are interested in tips and pointers for other products in the Microsoft Office suite, please see my argeeoffice blog here.

Yesterday, July 1, I received the notification that I have been recognized as a Microsoft Most Valuable Professional for the third year in a row. This is indeed a great honour, considering that there are fewer than 5,000 MVPs world-wide. One of the benefits of being an MVP is that we have a designated person (our MVP lead) at Microsoft) with whom we can correspond on a personal basis. You can read more about the MVP program on the MVP website.

Are comments accepted on your blog? This is the third time I try and nothing gets published.

My apologies, I do welcome comments although I have been a little busy and missed seeing yours until today. I am going to try to have the next article on the ice cream parlour in a week or so.
